2 lbs.sweet potatoes drained
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk or cream
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour
1/3 stick melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes, add all above ingredients and mix. Pour into 9x11' pan. Add topping, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 cup flour, 1/3 stick melted butter. Mix, spread over sweet potatoes, bake at 350º for 35 min.
