3/4 c. butter (soft)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugars and peanut butter together. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together. Gradually mix in flour, soda and salt. Stir in oatmeal. Make into spoon size balls and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
