2 egg whites
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
1/2 cup water
1 cup pecans (chopped)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, water and Karo syrup. Cook until it spins a long thread. Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour syrup mixture in slowly. When mixture begins to look dull, stir in vanilla. Stop beater. Stir nuts in with spoon. Drop on waxed paper by teaspoon full.
