1 can leasure peas
2 cans shoepeg corn
1 4oz. pimentos
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and bring to a boil, when cool, pour over vegetables 1 cup sugar,1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup white vinegar. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Pour liquid off before serving.
