2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup chopped nuts
2-3 mashed ripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil, milk, egg, nuts and bananas in a mixer bowl. Beat on medium until combined. Do not overbeat. Pour into well greased loaf pan.
