1 can smoked oysters
1 tsp. garlic, minced
3 sundried tomatoes
1/8 c. black olives
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire
1 tsp. malt vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sour cream
1 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper, ground

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor add sundried tomatoes, black olives and garlic and pulse several times. Add the final ingredients and pulse until blended smooth. Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers or fresh cut vegetables.
