1 whole cabbage, basted with butter, quartered and cut into bite-sized pieces
Garlic salt
Weber's New Orleans Cajun Seasoning
4 or 5 medium potatoes
1 c. carrots
1 or 2 green peppers
1 medium summer squash
1 medium onion

Directions:
Directions:
Divide cabbage pieces onto four pieces of aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray. Next, add the potatoes, peppers, squash, onion and any other favorite garden vegetable, dividing equal amounts onto each piece of foil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and seasoning to taste (Jeff covers with seasonings very liberally.) Fold foil to make a pocket, sealing top and ends. Grill about 20 - 30 minutes on medium heat or until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
