1/4 Cup Butter
3 Eggs Well Beaten
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Lb. Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 10 oz. Pkgs. Chopped Spinach (Thawed and Drained)

Directions:

Melt butter in a 9’ x 13’ pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over butter in pan. Bake at 350º degrees for 40 – 45 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes; cut into squares.
