1 small / large head cabbage
2 banana peppers (hot or mild)
1 large onion
Olive oil or butter for Sautéing
Salt / Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté peppers and onion for 3 minutes. Add chopped cabbage, peppers, onions, and a small amount of water if needed. Season to taste. Cover with lid and cook to desired texture.
