12 whole white mushrooms
1 T olive oil
2 t. minced garlic
8 oz. light or regular cream cheese
1/2 c grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 t. ground pepper
1/2 t. onion powder
3/4 t. cayenne pepper
3T fresh parsley
3 T Panko bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350º. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove and chop stems finely. Heat oil and add the stems along with the garlic. Cook until the moisture is gone. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients. Remove from heat and stir until a thick consistency appears. Fill each cap with mixture. Arrange mushrooms on sprayed cooking pan or sheet. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
