1 C. butter, softened
2 C. flour
1/2 C. powdered sugar
dash salt
Filling;
2 C. sugar
1/4 C flour
4 beaten eggs
6 T lemon juice
powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour, powdered sugar and salt in medium bowl, pat this mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350º for 15 min. Let cool
Mix in small bowl, eggs, sugar, lemon juice, flour until smooth.
Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 350º for 25 min. While still hot. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
