6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter, milk, and sugar to a boil and boil for 45 seconds. Remove from heat, add chips and stir only until mixed. Do not over-stir or frosting will become sugary. Slowly pour frosting over cake while still runny. It will harden as it sits.
