Butter for greasing pan
6 medium-size apples, peeled, cored, and thickly sliced (a mix of Cortlands and Granny Smiths are recommended, but any firm, non-collapsing variety will do.)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup raw oats
2 cups store-bought granola
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
vanilla ice cream
whipped heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Grease an 8x8x2 inch pan.
Combine apples, honey, brown sugar, spices, 1/2 cup of the raw oats and 1/2 cup of the granola. Spread mixture in pan. it will heap up; pack it in firmly.
Mix remaining oats and granola with flour and pour on melted butter. Toss to combine, then spread crumb mixture over apples.
Bake until fruit is soft and surface is golden brown and crunchy, about 45 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
Serves 6
