4 cups powdered sugar
1 stick melted margarine
2 cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 Tbl vanilla

Topping

1/3 C margarine
1 1/2 C chocolate chips

You will need an ungreased medium size cookie sheet

Using a mixer; mix all ingredients together. Its best if the peanut butter is a little oily. If the mixture seems to dry; add a little more melted margarine.

Spread the mixture on to the cookie sheet as flat as you can with the palm of your hands then dust a rolling pin with powdered sugar and roll out flat.

Topping
Melt a 1/3 cup margarine and 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips in the microwave; stir until smooth. Spread over the top of the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for about an hour then cut into bite size squares.
