2 tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. (15 oz.) Alfredo sauce
3 medium crooked neck squash, sliced
3 ½ c. (12 oz.) uncooked ziti, cooked
1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 can (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
Non-stick cooking spray

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add squash and season with salt and pepper. Cook until squash starts to brown. Add spinach; cook until water evaporates. Blend in both spaghetti and Alfredo sauces; heat through. Toss with cooked pasta and half of mozzarella cheese. Coat a 9x13x2 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour pasta blend into dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
