1/4 c. dry bread crumbs.
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 lb. flounder fillets
1/4 c. mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow dish or on a piece of waxed paper. Brush all sides of fillets with mayo. Coat with bread crumb mixture. Arrange in single layer in a shallow baking dish or pan.
Bake in pre-heated 375º oven 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
