Pork Roast,
4-5 cans whole green Chile's,
23 cans diced green Chile's,
1 large can whole tomatoes,
1 medium size can tomatoes sauce,
cumin to taste,
Corn tortillas
Cooking oil
Cheddar cheese (grated)
Monterey jack cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and remove fat from pork roast and cut into strips, place in large pot and fill with water, Boil about 45 minutes. Cut whole green Chile's into strips, add to pork and water, pour juice from can into pork and water. Smash tomatoes and add. Add tomatoes sauce and diced green Chile's. Add cumin to taste. Cook an additional 45 minutes.

Cut tortillas into 1 inch strips and fry in hot oil until crisp. Salt after cooked.

To serve:

Place tortillas on plate sprinkle with cheese, scoop sauce onto chips and top with more cheese.
