1/2 package refrigerated pie crust
1 container (15 oz) frozen whipped cream, thawed, divided
1 (6 oz) semi sweet package chocolate morsels
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 package (5.1 ounces) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
2 medium banana's sliced, divided
strawberries for garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Press dough into bottom and up sides of pie plate, prick with fork.
Bake crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
Place 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping and chocolate morsels in microwave, uncovered, on high for 30-45 seconds, stir until smooth. Remove 2 tablespoons of chocolate mixture and put in small plastic bag.
Spread remaining chocolate mixture over bottom of pie crust. Place crust in freezer while preparing pudding.
Add milk, pudding, and extract to a bowl, whisk for 1 minute or until it thickens. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.
Slice 1 1/2 bananas and arrange slices over chocolate mixture in crust. Spread pudding mixture over bananas. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Garnish pie with chocolate drizzles from plastic bag, whipped cream, remaining bananas and strawberries.
