1 Can (20 ounces) Pineapple Tidbits
½ lb Carrots, Shredded
¼ lb. Green Cabbage, Shredded
¼ lb. Red Cabbage, Shredded
½ cup Sunflower Seeds, Lightly Toasted
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Frozen Pineapple-Orange Juice Concentrate
¼ teaspoon Salt
Pinch White pepper

DRAIN PINEAPPLE; RESERVING 2 TABLESPOONS JUICE

IN BOWL, COMBINE PINEAPPLE CARROTS, GREEN AND RED CABBAGE AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS.

TO MAKE DRESSING, IN 1-QUART MEASURE, COMBINE MAYONNAISE, JUICE CONCENTRATE, RESERVED PINEAPPLE JUICE, SALT AND PEPPER.

POUR OVER SALAD MIXTURE AND TOSS.

REFRIGERATE, COVERED, UNTIL READY TO SERVE.

MAKES 8 SERVINGS
