2 Tbsp. Margarine,
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of chili pepper
1/4 tsp.dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cayenne
3/4 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 or 2 drops of tobasco sauce
.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add flour and seasonings and stir until it is a smooth paste. Gradually add milk and stir constantly until thickened. Add cheese and tobasco, slowly. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thick!!!
