1 cup flour
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz. cool whip)
1 (6 oz) instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 cups milk

First Layer:
Mix 1 cup flour, 1 stick melted butter, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Press on bottom of 9 1/2 x 13 glass pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Let cool

Second Layer:
Beat until creamy, 8 oz. cream cheese, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar and 6 oz. of cool whip (half of the container). Mix and spread over cooled crust

Third layer:
Beat instant pudding and milk for two minutes. Spread on 2nd layer.

Fourth Layer:
Put the rest of the cool whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
