8 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
3 medium onions sliced
2 tbsp. salt
6 cup milk - scalded
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
salt
pepper
1 stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes and onions in a kettle and cover with 4 cups cold water. Add 2 tsp. salt
Bring to a boil and cook gently for about 20 minutes or until done
Mash vegetables while still in water with potato masher
Add scalded milk, seasonings and margarine
