1 Can crushed pineapple
1 1/3 C sugar
2 Pkg lime jello (small ones)
2 C water (boiling)
Juice from two lemons
1 C whipped cream
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan mix and simmer together pineapple, sugar, and water for 10 min. Meanwhile stir together Jello water and lemon juice until Jello has dissolved. Mix with pineapple mixture in 9 X 13 pan. Let set in refrigerator until wobbly. When Jello mixture is wobbly, add whipped cream and cheeses. Cover and place in refrigerator until set.

Grandma LaWana used to make this all the time and it is delicious. Somehow I can never make it quite like hers, but it is one of those recipes that only she could make perfect:)
