4 chicken breast halves
2 cloves of garlic
2 T butter
2 14 oz cans chicken broth
2 14 oz chopped stewed tomatoes
1 16 oz can kidney beans
1 15 oz can of corn
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 T cumin
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
sour cream
tortilla chips
4 limes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and shred chicken. Saute garlic in butter. Combine all ingredients except cheese , sour cream, and limes in a crock pot or slow cooker. Cover & cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with cheese, chips, sour cream, and lime juice.
