2 serrano chiles (or more to desired taste), minced
3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. (0.4 oz.) ranch dressing, dry packets
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic bulb, minced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Longhorn Colby & Monterey Jack cheese mix
12 tortillas

Directions:

Mix the first six (6) ingredients with an electric mixer on low until well blended. Spread mixture thinly on the tortilla, then roll the tortilla up tight. Saran wrap each roll and refrigerate until cream cheese hardens within the roll. Slice each roll, removing 1" off each end, then slice each roll into pinwheels and serve.
