Melt 2 tbsp. butter in pan, add 2 tbsp. flour - stir in 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2 and 1/4 cup white wine. Cook until thick and smooth - add 1 cup grated chedder cheese and 1 4oz jar mushrooms and 1 71/2 can crab meat. pour in small casserole - bake until heated thru - serve warm with crackers or party rye bread.
