"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

1 box frozen beer battered Fish Fillets
1 bag shredded cabbage (or cole slaw mix)
Corn Tortillas
1-1/2 cups Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Juice of 3-4 Limes

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the fish fillets according to the directions on the box.

For Sauce, whisk together the sour cream, mayo, and lime juice until well blended. If the sauce looks too thin, add a little more sour cream. If too thick, add a little more lime juice. Once mixed, add the chili powder, garlic powder, and pinch of salt and whisk again. You can add more garlic powder or chili powder as desired. Cover and refrigerate while the fish is cooking.

Once fish is done cooking, place 1-2 fillets on a corn tortilla, top with cabbage, and drizzle with the sauce. Now you're done!

Personal Notes:
I was craving fish tacos one night and instead of getting supermarket tartar sauce, I invented a healthier and tastier alternative with things I already had in my fridge. Great meal when you're on a budget!
