1 # lean ground beef
1 3/4 cup water
2/3 cup catsup
1 T prepared mustard
2 cups minute rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Brown meat, drain well. In same pan, add the above ingredients (except rice and cheese). Bring to a boil, add uncooked rice and stir for 3 minutes; remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover pan with lid to let cheese melt. Serve hot.
