6 green peppers
1 ½ lb. hamburger, browned
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
2 onions, chopped
Large can stewed tomatoes
2 c. rice, cooked
Ketchup, optional

Directions:
Directions:
First, cook the rice. Clean green peppers; cut off tops and empty/rinse out insides well. Place in boiling water and blanch for 5 minutes. Set peppers in baking dish. Brown the hamburger and onion; add seasonings. Add the stewed tomatoes and cooked rice. Stuff peppers with mixture. Optional: top each with ketchup. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
