1 pound of hamburger
1 cup of self-rising flour
1/4 cup of thinly diced onions
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1/4 cup of water

mix all ingredients
put oil in frying pan
form patties size desired
fry in pan turning accasionally
