1/4 cup margerine or butter
18 eggs
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions ( with tops)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Heat margerine in a rectangular pan 13 x 9 x 2 in oven til melted. Tilt pan to coat bottom. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt til blended. Stir in onions. Pour in pan. Bake til eggs are set but moist, about 35 minutes or so. Cut into 12 pieces.
