1 lb ground beef
1 cup minced onion
3/4 cup A1 steak sauce
1 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled ,boiled and drained
( or 2 packets instant potatoes)
1/2 cup vegetable oil spread
( don't use if using instant potatoes)
1/4 cup milk (don't use if using instant potatoes)
Directions:

Cook and stir ground beef and onions in large skillet until beef is no longer pink, drain.
Add steak sauce, heat to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole or 9 x 13 pan.
Mash potatoes with vegetable oil spread (unless using instant potatoes)and milk until smooth.
Spread mashed potato mixture evenly over beef mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through.

You can add cheese, mixed veggies, corn, peas and use more A1 sauce if desired.
