2-3 pounds cubed potatoes
Put in crock pot.

Mix together and then put over the potatoes:
1 can cream of potato soup
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
8 ounce softened cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook on low temp for 8-9 hours or 4-5 hours on high.
I have also put cubed ham or chunks of kielbasa in for the last 1-2 hours to make a meal.
