2 eggs
1-8 oz sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 T. snipped parsley
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 # lean ground beef
.75 oz package brown gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix egg, 1/2 cup sour cream, and milk. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley , Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef;stir to mix well. Pat in a 9x5x3" pan. Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hour at 350º. Let cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. For gravy, stir 1/2 cup sour cream and the dry gravy mix together. Add water as called for on the package. Cook according to package directions and serve along with the meatloaf.
