1 loaf frozen bread or pizza dough
2 eggs
flour
oregano
1 lb. american cheese
1/2 lb.pepperoni
1/4 lb.ham
1/4 lb.ham-o-cola
1/4 lb.hard salami

Directions:
Directions:
Rub small amount of olive oil on frozen dough, place in a bowl, thaw dough in refrigerator overnight.

Divide dough in half. On a floured surface roll each half into 9x13 rectangle. Brush dough with 1 beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano. Place american cheese on dough, 3 slices across overlapping slightly, place meat on top of cheese in the same fashion.

Fold one end of the long side of the dough into the middle. Then fold other long side of dough into the middle overlapping first side a little bit. Fold short ends closed and seal all edges firmly by using wet fingertips.

Place rolled dough on a greased cookie sheet, brush top with beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Makes 2 strombolis, 1 cheese & pepperoni and 1 cheese, salami, ham and ham-o-cola.
Make sure ends are tightly closed or cheese will leak out.
Can freeze cooked stromboli for later use, must reheat in oven (no microwave).
