Chocolate Batter
1 ½ cup flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together

Cheese Filling
8oz package of cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
6oz chocolate chips
1 egg
1/8 tsp.salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together
Use Bon Bon (small) cupcake pans and holders Fill ½ way with chocolate batter, add 1 tsp. of cheese filling on top.

Bake at 350 for 20 mins
