2 lbs. Steak (round or chuck) cut in serving size pieces
Salt, sprinkle
Pepper, sprinkle

1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup ketchup
2 tsp.Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange steak pieces in a small roaster or casserole in 2 or more layers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover. Bake in 300ºF (150º C) oven for 3 hours. If roaster is too large water will need to be added after 1 hour or so.

Mix sugar, ketchup, and Worchestershire sauce together. Spoon over and between meat. Continue to bake for 30 minutes.
