3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded ( season with salt,pepper, and garlic)
onion (as much as you like)
fresh mushrooms
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 to 1 cup good Parmesan cheese
chicken stock ( to thin the sauce to your liking)
shredded cheese (medium cheddar)
no boil lasagna noodles (Barilla)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and mushrooms in a little olive oil. Mix this together with soup, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chicken and chicken stock. Place a little in sauce in baking pan, then layer noodles, chicken sauce and cheese. Keep repeating till ingredients are gone. End on top with sauce and cheese. You can sprinkle the top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Add extra time if it is cold when you bake it.

* I add a clove of garlic (crushed) to the onion and mushrooms when they are almost done.
