6 to 8 chicken thighs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a sprayed slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 5 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender and cooked through.

Take the liquid and thicken it with a little cornstarch. Then serve over the chicken and some rice. YUMMY!
This is a "no complaints about dinner" dinner in our family!
