5-6 chicken breast
2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. Peppercorn Ranch Dressing (Kraft/bottle)

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and pat chicken dry with paper towel and set aside. In a bowl mix together bread crumbs, crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese. In another bowl add Peppercorn Ranch Dressing. Dip chicken breast in dressing giving it a good coating then place breast in bread crumb bowl and roll until completely coated. Arrange chicken in a 9x13 Pam sprayed pan making sure chicken breast are not touching. Bake at 375º for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
