1 loaf sour dough bread
1 stick butter, softened
fresh minced garlic to taste, powdered can be used but fresh is better
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
mayonnaise
grated Parmesan cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice bread in half and then in half lengthwise. Slice into serving pieces (not all the way through}.

2. Mix butter, garlic and horseradish until smooth. Spread evenly on bread. Cover with a light coating of mayonnaise, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then a light sprinkle of paprika.

4. Place bread on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake in a 350º oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
