1 c. sugar
3 hot chocolate mixes
3 heavy tablespoons of flour
3 c. evaporated milk
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, hot chocolate, flour and evaporated into a double boiler and cook to a boil. Beat 3 egg yolks and pour into mixture as it begins to boil. Also, add butter and vanilla when begins to boil. Pour mixture into 9' pie crust. Beat the separated egg whites into meringue and spread on top of chocolate. Allow to cool.
