3/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbsp cold water

Blend flour and shortening. Dissolve salt in cold water and sprinkle over flour mixture. Mix well and roll out

This is a very easy to manage pie crust. Very forgiving--(you can roll and re-roll if necessary). I like to let the dough rest a few min. before rolling it out on ltly floured wax paper It is a light and flakey pie crust and warrants many compliments!.
