6 ears of fresh corn (yellow or white)
1/2 green pepper cut into pieces or whole
1/2 stick of butter (you can also use some bacon grease for seasoning)
Salt & Pepper to taste
If corn is not sweet you can add sugar to taste
If corn is dry you can add 1/3 cup of milk

Put green pepper and butter in a iron skillet and saute'
Cut corn off the cob
Put into Skillet with butter and green pepper
Season to taste and cook with a cover over skillet for 9mins.
Take cover off and stir until thickened
Do not overcook corn it will become tough
