1/4 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped green pepper
2 T margarine or butter
1 c hot water
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 T instant chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine onion, celery, green pepper and margarine in 1 qt casserole. Microwave at HIGH (100%) until vegetables are tender-crisp, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.

2. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 5 minutes. Reduce power to MEDIUM (50%). Microwave until liquid is absorbed, 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Fluff with form before serving.
