1/2 lb. Lamb (mutton)
1 c. chopped
1/2 c. green chili
1 c. coconut milk
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. red chili powder
2 tsp. Coriander powder
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp. Pepper powder
2 tsp. Mutton masala (found in Indian grocery)
2 c. Water
Cilantro (finely chopped)

Directions:

Cook all ingredients until tender (you may use a pressure cooker for faster and tastier cooking).

Serve hot with rice or Chicken Biryani.
