12 cups water
1/4 cup chicken broth granules
11/2 cups thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
11/2 cups butter
11/2 cups all purpose flour
1 jar (8oz) cheez whiz
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup potatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery,

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken broth by boiling water and adding broth granules. Prepare carrots, onion, celery, broccoli and potatoes. Cover with part of the chicken broth and cook until partially tender. In a separate pan, melt butter. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Blend in remaining chicken broth and heat until thickened. Add vegetables (and broth in which vegetables have been cooked) and cheez whiz. Add peas. Heat but do not boil. Makes a little more than 1 gallon.
