Eggs

Directions:
Put eggs in a large saucepan and add water to cover. Bring the water to a boil and cover and turn off the heat and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
Run the eggs in the pan under cold water for a few minutes to cool them to the touch.
Pour out the water.
Shake the pan roughly to crack the egg shells - they should be cracked into little pieces.
Under cool running water, "pull" at the shells to break through, then just slide the whole shell off.

This is Jackie Ruth Burleson's cooking tip. It works every time for picture-perfect hard boiled eggs.
