1 lb beef stew meat
18 oz jar brown gravy
3 med potatoes, pelled, cubed
1 med onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 bag mini carrots
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all in crock-pot and cook on low 6 hours. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
