1 gallon small cucumbers
8 small onions
2 green peppers
½ cup pickling salt
5 cups vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 ½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon ground cloves
2 Tablespoons mustard seed
1 teaspoon celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, onions and peppers.
Soak in crushed ice for 3 hours with salt.
Bring slowly to boiling point and seal.
Makes 3 to 3 ½ quarts
